Here near Ottawa Canada it was-40C with the wind chill this morning, and by coincidence that is actually the same in F
-40C = -40F
Oh my gosh, that's pretty bad.I don't remember it ever being that cold here. I won't complain anymore about our temperature after I read that. We just returned from a trip to the gym and here in Connecticut it is a balmy 9 degrees...that is only balmy compared to your negative 18! Stay warm!
...It has been pretty bitter here in New York, but not as cold as where you live! It's 20 degrees currently, but it feels like 4 degrees. The lowest yesterday was 8 degrees, and yet again, it felt like 0 degrees. Hopefully it doesn't drop under the 0's.
...Wow, that is truly cold! Here where I live the temperature right now is around 60 degrees, which is quite nice. This is the coldest the temperature has gone in the entire winter season in my region.
