Why are my paranormal experience's gone?Dudelo85 - 6 Answers
There are many factors why your paranormal experiences may be gone. One possibility is because a psychic block may have been placed on you by a well meaning person you have confided in. Perhaps they have prayed or conducted some ritual without your knowldge in order to protect or shield you from these experiences. This could be due to their spiritual beliefs that it is not good for you to have these experiences.
Next, perhaps an otherworldly entity or group of entities has created the psychic block to help or hinder you. This may even happen if you have subtly or radically shifted your faith or spiritual beliefs. But there are many physical factors as well.
I am not assuming anything here, but simply exploring the possibilities to address the matter of lost or displaced psychic abilities or paranormal sensing capabiliites.
If you have started taking any prescription medications, specifically central nervous system augmenters such as sleeping pills, anti-anxiety, mood-stabilizers, anti-seizure or others, is a possibility.
Recreational drugs such as marijuana definitely remove dream experinces and many abilities to contact the paranormal. The reverse is also true. If you have STOPPED using any medications, drugs, or alcohol, this may have an effect on your abilities to sense or see otherworldly entities.
Another physical reason may be a change in stress levels whch may change the electromagnetic environment of your neuro-processing centers. Even certain appliancs or mobile devices such as a new wireless modem, new cell phone, or moving from an area that had the right electro-magnetic grid or hot-spot for your sensing, may all have effected this change.
Have you stopped or started an exercise program? Changed the type or amount of vitamins you have been taking?
This all may seem like purely physical, normal matters when you are speaking of the paranormal and metaphysical. However, you must keep in mind that the way you see or sense these things is because the signals are being interpreted and processed in order for you to experience them and recall them. This is a very similar process that we must interperet nd translate sound waves vibrating oxygen molecules, into electro-magnetic impulses that you then "hear" in your brain.
Overall, many of these physical, environmental or even psychic changes or blocks may be removed or evercome. by intending and praying or meditating on your psychic reception areas you may move through the "blindness" you are now experiencing. Also, your whole being may naturally re-adjust and settle into equillibrium again over time, if you stick to a location or general lifestyle.
In most cases, paranormal experiences don't follow a person around. They usually occur in the same building or in some cases, they will tag along with a specific physical thing, for example, there was a case in California where a very old radio was passed down. Almost every time is was turned on, a woman in a long dress would begin to twirl when music was being played. When the radio was given to someone else, the vision of the woman would always go wherever the radio was. So in your case, you're either no longer in possession of something specifically connected to a spirit or it was a coincidence that you happened to live in and visit two separate buildings that experienced paranormal phenomena. Try going back to the house where you saw the woman and ask the occupants if they've ever experienced anything unusual there....
The earths magnetic field creates hot zones for paranormal activity. The earths magnetic field is slowly reversing. So certain areas will affect ones mind, as well as the area more than other areas. I have wrote about it on my hub. http://hubpages.com/hub/How-The-Earth-Unlocks-The-Mind . These things depend on a lot of things as well. Mainly most people are so consumed with their daily lives, they do not see what is right in front of them. So it all depends, if you seek you shall find, all in time....
You won't just have paranormal experiences at will. In order to have a paranormal experience you must get quiet inside and out. You said you were at your parents friends house. That was a new experience for you and your mind and body were quiet while getting used to the familiar surroundings.
While in the attic which is generally quiet, you began to notice things that your mind would normally block out. You can repeat a paranormal experience with a little effort on your part.
Maybe you got lucky. there are plenty of unfortunate people who have to deal with this on a daily basis and it is no laughing matter. If you want to be involved in the paranormal there are ways to make it happen but why would you? If your life is good now and there are no "ghosts" than thank God and move on....
