The abduction of Betty and Barney Hill is probably the closest thing to proof of an alien abduction that exists to date. On the night of September 19, 1961, the Hills had an alleged abduction experience while driving home on Highway 3 near Lincoln, New Hampshire, where they experienced a block of "missing time" of about 2-1/2 hours. Soon after the encounter, the Hills both began to experience psychological and physical effects from the experience. Betty and Barney both underwent extensive physical examinations which led to them being referred to a respected psychiatrist and neurologist with an extensive hypnosis therapy background. Both of the Hills took a six-month series of hypnosis therapy and told virtually identical stories, right down to the smallest of details. While it is easy to dismiss this case as outright fabrication, there remain certain facts: Nearby Pease Air Force Base radar registered an "unknown" at the exact time and location that the Hills claimed. There were approximately twelve perfectly circular, magnetically charged marks found on the trunk of Hills' car, origin and cause unknown. And Betty's description of a needle being inserted into her belly during the abduction, which was unheard of at that time, is a procedure now commonly used to remove a woman's eggs for in-vitro fertilization.

Someone cynically suggested above that there will "never be enough proof" for skeptics of alien abductions. ONE piece of reliable or compelling proof would be nice. Despite what some would like to believe, thus far, all we have is fantastic conspiracy theories and questionable anecdotes by delusional, confused or deceptive individuals.

So the answer to the question is no.

As for the example cited above of the woman receiving a "needle into her belly" as a suggestion that aliens were using modern in-vitro techniques, this is incorrect. In modern in-vitro fertilization procedures, a needle is inserted through the VAGINA into the ovaries, not the belly. Aliens technologically advanced enough to travel to Earth would certainly know the shortest route to human reproductive organs.

Because a lot of Scientists etc don't even believe in Aliens, it's hard to even get someone to take it seriously if you were abducted. Like Laotain842 said there have been stories in the past, even though I believe in Aliens and I believe the Military has proof, unless there is concrete evidence of a space ship, & Aliens from another Galaxy, with pictures, the science world isn't going to consider anything less for proof.

Nothing I have read or heard on the subject really 'proves' the validity of abduction claims, and there are a lot of people studying these things. If anything that were 100 percent provable, believe me, we'd for sure be hearing about it on the nightly news like crazy.

What is proof? if you mean physical evidence then yes there are implants and some unknown substances that was taken from alleged abduction cases, but for skeptics there will never be enough proof. You could pull and anal probe out of their @$$ and it still be swamp gas to them.

If aliens have actually abducted anyone, then that would be proof to that one person, but as far as proof to the world, I would have to say no.
If anyone had actual proof that would be acceptable beyond a shadow of a doubt, I think we all would have heard about it.
