If you do not consider the Capital F in first fish, then
Fish + fish = 2 Fish (double of value of 1 fish)

If you consider the 2 words as different, then
value of Fish + fish depends on individual value of 'Fish' and 'fish'

Fish + Fish = Dinner for two.

Or, Fish + fish = Ffish.

Mathematically it would be '2fish'.

One fish, two fish, red fish, blue fish.

Fish+fish= (F+f)ish....enjoy
