What are the multiples of 3?

Any number that when it is divided by 3 the answer will be a whole number.
eg. 12 would be a multiple of 3 because 12/3=4 and 4 is a whole number.
But 16 is not a multiple of 3 because 16/3=5.33 and 5.33 isn't a whole number

The multiples of 3 means such numbers which can be divided by 3
Lets take a example
6 ,9,12,15,18,21,24,27,30 ...................
These all above mentioned numbers are divisible by 3

Start with 3 and keep adding on 3. The first 20 multiples of 3 are as follows:

3,6,9,12,15,18,21,24,27,30,33,36,39,42,45,48,51,54,57 and 60.

A multiple of 3 is a group of 3, so multiples of 3 are:
3 6 9 12 15 18 21 24 27 30 33 36 39 etc.

Multiples of 3 are the following
