Let put it this way, Materials that can be magnetized, which are also the ones that are strongly attracted to a magnet, are called ferromagnetic (or ferrimagnetic). These include iron, nickel, cobalt, some rare earth metals and some of their alloys (e.g. Alnico), and some naturally occurring minerals such as lodestone. Beside these all other metals are not attracted or very weekly attracted to magnets.

Gold, aluminum, brass, silver, copper, lead, zinc, platinum. There are others, but these are all elemental metals.

There are some non-ferrous metals that can't be attracted by magnet, such as copper, aluminum, gold, etc, etc.
