Well, from an evolutionary point of view, organisms strive to survive and reproduce offspring.

Love is something that obviously contributes to our reproduction, sexual selection. Love also is the glue that cause parents to remain together committed to raising their children - as humans are not a species where parents have minimal involvement in raising their offspring (eg. frogs, turtles, fish.... that have many many eggs and ultimately only a few offspring grow up to maturity.)

I think Love is the most complicated feeling of life,as a twizzer said I also accept that It is Helpful to reproduce people.but not only that but love need keep our relationship.any human or any animal can reproduce.but they take care of their babies.they protect them nurture them because of love. suppose you 1 week old little baby..can you grow up without your parents.impossible..why they nurture you?because they love you..of course love has benefited to humanity
