Archae and Eubacteria are not kingdoms per se. They are domains. There are three domains of life: Archae, eubacteria, and eukarya. Eukarya contains fungi, animalia, plantae, and Protista. Evolutionarily speaking, eukarya arose from the horizontal gene transfer between eubacteria and Archae. This is proposed by the endosymbiotic theory of life.
