Please check you can us the following:water wave, compressional wave, transverse wave, wave, mechanical wave, electromagnetic wave, sound waves, medium -waves that use matter to transfer energy(mechanical waves) -rhythmic distrubance that carries energy (wave) -waves in which matter in the medium moves in the same direction as the wave(compressional wave) -example of a compressinal wave(sound wave) -example of a mechanical wave(sound wave) -the matter in the medium moves up and down or back and forth at right angles to the direction te wave travels (transvers wave) -waves that do not require matter to carry energy(electromagnetic waves ) -ripples on the surface of a pond(transverse wave) -the matter through which mechanical wave travels (medium) -vibration of vocal chords creates this(sound wave) please answer asap i really need for tommorrow thank

There are two mistakes in the solution:
1). -rhythmic distrubance that carries energy (wave) - The answer to this one is (mechaanical wave), because the word "disturbances" implies that the wave is travelling through a medium, in which it causes a rythemic disturbance, so it cannot be just (wave), as only (mechanical waves) cause "rythemic disturbances" in medium.
2).-ripples on the surface of a pond(transverse wave) - The answer is more likely to be (water wave), although transverse wave is not wrong, because water waves are a type of transverse waves. But as water waves is not used in any other answer, it needs to be used here and furthermore it is the more accurate discription of a water wave.

Hope you get the answers. Thanks.

Ripples on the surface of a pond(transverse wave) would be a water wave. The rest of them seem correct.

I thought the "number of answers" doesn't matter over the "correct answer".
