Make sure that the default sound playback device is not some virtual sound device like Total Recorder or RealPlay (Control Panel > Sounds and Audio Devices, Audio tab). Premiere Pro requires that there be either a DirectSound compatible device or an ASIO compatible device. If PPro can't find an audio card it's because you've got something funky selected as the default audio device in Windows. ...

Sounds like you're going to need to unistall and reinstall QuickTime. When PPro exports to FLV, it creates a QuickTime file first, then converts to it FLV.... more
